ORDER
Upon consideration of this court’s orders filed April 22, 2009, and July 13, 2009, directing appellant to pay the appellate docketing and filing fees or face dismissal for lack of prosecution, and the response thereto, it is
ORDERED that this appeal be dismissed for lack of prosecution. See D.C. Cir. Rule 38. Appellant has not paid the docketing and filing fees, despite this court’s orders warning him that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal. As noted in the court’s July 13, 2009 order, the “bond” submitted by appellant is not sufficient to satisfy the requirement to pay the full filing and docketing fees.See U.S. District Court for the District ofColumbia Supplement to the Local Rules 10 (fee must be paid in cash, or by check or money order, payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court).
Pursuant to D.C. Circuit Rule 36, this disposition will not be published. The Clerk is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after resolution of any timely petition for rehearing or petition for rehearing en banc.See Fed.R.App.P. 41(b); D.C. Cir. Rule 41.
