ORDER OF DISBARMENT
Upon consideration of this court’s order filed February 12, 2009, directing respondent to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the bar of this court pursuant to Rule V of the Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement for the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on the basis of his disbarment by consent by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and the lack of any response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the order to show cause be discharged. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that Nathan Harold Wasser be disbarred and, accordingly, prohibited from the practice of law before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. See D. C. Circuit Rules, App. II, Rule V. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that Nathan Harold Wasser be prohibited from holding himself out to be an attorney at law licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
