PER CURIAM.

This cause came on to be heard on the petition for review of an order of the Federal Communications Commission and was argued by counsel. On consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the FCC’s order affirming the Wireless Bureau’s orders granting Kurian’s assignment application withdrawal request and dismissing Environmentel’s notification of consummation be affirmed, in accordance with the opinion of the court filed herein this date.
