ORDERED that the order to show cause be discharged. It is FURTHER ORDERED that this appeal be dismissed as untimely. The notice of appeal was filed beyond the 30-day period provided by Fed.R.App.P. 4(a); the district court denied appellant’s motion for leave to file the notice of appeal out of time, see Fed.R.App.P. 4(a)(5)(A); and appellant’s appeal from that denial, No. 06-7150, was dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Pursuant to D.C. Circuit Rule 36, this disposition will not be published. The Clerk is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after resolution of any timely petition for rehearing or petition for rehearing en banc.See Fed.R.App.P. 41(b); D.C. Cir. Rule 41.
