Upon consideration of respondent-appellees’ motion to vacate the thirty-day notice order, to dismiss the habeas petition, and to dismiss the appeals as moot, the notice of additional authority, and petitioner-appellants’ lack of opposition to the motion; and the district court’s order entered January 2, 2007, dismissing the case in its entirety because petitioners have been transferred from the custody of the United States, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the notice order and to dismiss the habeas petition be dismissed as moot in light of petitioners’ release and the district court’s dismissal of the petition for writ of habeas corpus. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that these appeals be dismissed.
